We are uncompromising in our stance against cruelty, neglect, and exploitation. We champion native Filipino breeds like puspins and aspins. And we advocate for TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return) both as a policy and as a promise: that humane solutions are possible, and necessary.
